We are located at number 2516 on Street No. 16/3, right in Punjab Mata Nagar off Pakhowal Road. It’s a bit tucked away, so people sometimes have trouble finding the exact gate. Pakhowal Road is always packed with cars, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle. Once you’re inside, though, it’s a lot quieter. We’ve got a small team here and we mostly just handle the day-to-day stuff that comes our way. There isn't a lot of drama or excitement, just steady work. We often have the radio playing softly in the background to keep things from getting too silent. Most of the furniture is a bit old, but it’s sturdy and does the job. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep going. The neighbors are mostly families, so it feels more like a residential area than a business hub. We like that it feels a bit more personal. We don’t have a big reception desk or anyone to greet you; you just kind of walk in and find whoever is available. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the supplies are where they should be. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and we like the people we work with. Punjab Mata Nagar has been a good place for us.
