Balraj Auto Industries

You can find Balraj Auto Industries over at Miller Ganj 523. We’ve been in this part of town for a long time now. It’s an old building, but it serves us well enough for making auto parts. We handle a lot of metal components, mostly for trucks and some smaller vehicles. The floors are stained with oil, and the smell of cut metal is always hanging in the air. We have some heavy machinery that's been with us since the beginning. It takes a lot of maintenance to keep them running smooth, but we manage. My uncle and I run the place together, along with a few guys from the nearby neighborhood. Miller Ganj is a busy hub for all sorts of auto stuff, so we are right where we need to be. We don't have a fancy showroom or any sales staff. If you want to see what we do, you just walk right into the workshop. There's usually a pile of finished parts waiting to be loaded onto a rickshaw or a delivery truck. Sometimes we run behind on orders when an old machine breaks down, but we usually stay late into the night to catch up. We aren't trying to be the biggest factory in the city. We just want to make parts that fit right and don't break under pressure. It’s a noisy, dirty job, but someone has to do it. We’ve got a lot of stories from all the years we’ve spent working in this small shop. It's our life.
