Bal Clinic

You can find Bal Clinic over by the chowk in Basti Jodhewal. We are located right on Rahon Road in Subhash Nagar. It is a very busy part of town, with motorcycles and rickshaws going by all day long. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in if we leave the door open too long, so we try to keep it shut. The clinic is just a small, straightforward place. We have some benches for people to sit on while they wait. It’s not a big corporate office; it’s just a local spot where people from Subhash Nagar stop in. We have our basic equipment and a desk where we handle the paperwork. Most of the day is spent listening to people talk about their aches or whatever is bothering them. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they do the job for now. We are used to the noise of the traffic outside; it just becomes background noise after a few hours. We don’t have fancy waiting rooms with televisions, just a quiet enough space to do the work. Being near the chowk means we are easy to spot if you are coming from either direction. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where we are every day, helping whoever walks through that front door. There is a small fan in the corner that keeps us cool enough during the hot summer months while we see everyone.
