B S Kumar Homoeo Clinic is located on Pakhowal Road, right near the Puli in Sarabha Nagar. If you know the area, you know the spot. It’s a small clinic, mostly filled with the smell of those little white pills and tinctures. We have shelves and shelves of small glass bottles. It’s a quiet place compared to the main road outside. We get a lot of regulars who have been coming to us for years. They usually sit in the small waiting area and chat with each other while they wait for their turn. Dr. Kumar has his desk covered in books and papers. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. The fan overhead has a bit of a wobble to it, but it keeps the air moving. We don't really do advertisements or anything. Most people find us because their neighbor told them to come. We spend a lot of time just listening to people talk about their health. It’s a slow pace, which is how it should be. The walk from the Sarabha Nagar bridge is short, so it’s easy for people to reach us. We close up in the evenings and head home just like everyone else. It’s a very simple operation. We don’t have any grand plans to expand or anything; we just like being the local clinic on Pakhowal Road where people can get their homoeopathic stuff without any fuss.
