B. J. Forgings & Mfg. Co.

Our workshop is on Daba Road, right opposite the Oswal building. We are near the Sherpur Bye-Pass on G.T. Road, which is a very busy area for transport and manufacturing. You can usually hear the sound of the forge from the street before you even see our sign. At B. J. Forgings & Mfg. Co., the environment is exactly what you’d expect from a forging and manufacturing place. It’s hot, it’s noisy, and there’s always some soot in the air. We’ve been here for a long time, and the building shows its age with stained walls and heavy iron doors. The floor is made of thick concrete to handle the weight of the machines. We don't have any fancy office space; even the small desk where we keep the records is covered in a thin layer of dust. Our day revolves around the heat of the furnace and the rhythm of the hammers. It’s physical work that leaves you tired by the end of the shift. G.T. Road is always buzzing with trucks, so getting materials in and out can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic. We don't use any flashy marketing or have a polished website. Most people know us because they’ve seen us working here for years. We just focus on getting the shapes right and the metal strong. It’s a basic operation where we value hard work over anything else.
