At Auto King, things are usually a bit loud because we are right in the Main Market area of Shimlapuri. Being at Plot No. 7 puts us right in the middle of all that Gill Road traffic and chaos. It’s a small enough place, but we manage to pack a lot of stuff inside. Most mornings, you can hear the shutters of the neighboring shops going up one by one. It gets pretty dusty out here with all the trucks and cars passing by constantly, so we spend a fair amount of time just wiping things down. We aren't big on corporate meetings or anything like that. Instead, we just sit on the stools, drink our chai, and wait for the first customer to walk in with a problem. Sometimes the inventory gets a little messy because we deal with so many different types of parts, but we usually know where everything is tucked away. If we don’t have it, we usually know who does. It’s just how things work in this market. The address is easy to remember since we are near the main road. We’ve had the same regulars for years, people who just stop by to chat even if they don’t need anything fixed. It’s not always easy keeping up with everything, but it keeps us busy and the day goes by fast enough when there’s work to do. Anyway, the shop is always open early if you ever need to find us.
