We’re tucked away at House Number 9-B in Ward Number 6, over in New Bhagwan Nagar. It’s a residential-style area in Ludhiana, so it doesn’t feel like a cold business district. Being in 4/4 New Bhagwan Nagar means we are right in the middle of a regular neighborhood. This house has served as our main office for a good few years. The office is basically part of a house, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a steel and glass tower. You can hear the neighbors and the street sounds, which we actually like. It makes the day feel more grounded. We don’t have a big sign out front or a fancy entrance. People usually find us by looking for the house number. Most of the people working here live close by, so we often walk or bike in. It’s a simple setup—just some computers, a couple of fans for when it gets hot, and our files. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in Punjab, we just want to do our work well and go home to our families. Some days the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we just deal with it like everyone else in the area does. It’s an honest, local way to run a business. We appreciate the quiet routine of this street and the fact that we know our neighbors by name. It feels right.
