Ashoka Bearing Co.

We are located right on G T Road. Most people around here know where that is because it's such a main stretch. Ashoka Bearing Co. has been in this spot for quite some time now. Dealing with bearings isn't exactly the most exciting thing to talk about at dinner, but it's what we do day in and day out. Our shop is usually a bit dusty because of all the traffic passing by on the main road. We keep a lot of different sizes in stock because you never know what someone is going to walk in needing. If you’ve ever worked with machinery, you know how hard it is to find that one specific part when something breaks down. We spend a lot of our time looking through boxes and checking part numbers. It's a small team here. We know each other's coffee orders and who is likely to be late on a Monday morning. The G T Road is always loud, so we have to speak up a bit when customers come in. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It's just shelves and counters and a lot of steel. Sometimes it gets cold in the winter months since the front door stays open a lot. We just put on extra sweaters and keep going. It’s a simple business, really. We just sell bearings to people who need them to keep their machines running.
