We’ve got our office at 2 Green Field in Model Town. It’s right near the Markfed office, which is how most people find us. We do a mix of things here, handling both real estate and travel. It might seem like an odd combination, but it works for us. Some days we’re looking at property papers and other days we’re booking flights or trains. Asha Estates & Travel Agents is just a small local operation. The office is a bit full of files and maps because of the two different sides of the business. It’s not a polished corporate space, just a place where we get work done. We’ve been in Model Town for a good while and know the area well. Most of the people who come in are from around here or have been sent by someone we know. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything, we just rely on doing a decent job so people come back. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, switching from land deals to travel itineraries, but it keeps things interesting. We’re usually at the desk from morning till evening. If you’re near the Markfed office, you can just walk over. We’re just regular folks trying to help out with whatever you need, whether it’s a house or a holiday. It's a busy life but we like the variety it brings to our daily routine.
