Arpan Cycles (India)

We are located at 536/12 on Station Road, right across from the Dhandari Railway Station in Industrial Area-C. It’s a very loud spot because of the trains coming and going all day long. You can hear the whistles and the clanking of the tracks while we work. Arpan Cycles (India) has been part of this neighborhood for a long time. We deal with bicycles and parts, mostly just getting them ready for shops or individual buyers who know where to find us. The workshop is always a bit of a mess with spokes, tires, and frames leaning against the walls. We don't bother cleaning up too much because as soon as we do, a new load of parts comes in. It’s a busy place. My father started this, and we’ve just kept it going the same way he did. We don't have a website that does much, and we don't spend money on ads. People just know we are across from the station. The tea stall next door is where we usually spend our breaks. It’s a simple life, working with our hands and making sure the cycles are sturdy. Some days the heat in the shed is almost too much, but we keep the fans going and get through the work. It’s just how things are done here in Ludhiana. We don't need any fancy talk to sell a good bike.
