Archies Paper Rose Shoppe

Our shop sits at Scf 8 in Shastri Nagar, right near the Miller Ganj area. It is a small place but it is filled with quite a lot of stuff. We have rows of cards and gifts and those paper roses that people seem to like. The shelves are a bit crowded, and we are always trying to find space for new things that come in. Most of the people who come in are locals from the neighborhood or students looking for something small. We spend a lot of time just dusting the displays and rearranging the items so they look decent. It is usually just one or two of us working here during the day. We have a small counter where we wrap things up and talk to the customers about the weather or whatever else is going on in Ludhiana. The light inside is a bit dim sometimes, but it makes the shop feel cozy in a way. Outside, the street is usually busy with scooters and cars honking. We have a small fan that runs constantly because it gets stuffy in the back room where we keep the extra stock. It’s nothing spectacular, just a regular shop where we try to keep things moving. Sometimes we forget to change the calendar on the wall, but nobody seems to mind. We like being part of the Miller Ganj community and seeing familiar faces. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if there is a rush, but mostly we follow a steady routine. It's a nice way to spend the day among all these colors and papers.
