Apprize Realty Private Limited is based over at 558, Phase-I in the Urban Estate area of Dugri. If you know Ludhiana, you know that Dugri has changed quite a bit over the years. We’ve been sitting in this same spot watching it happen. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle real estate matters for the local community. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. There are no fancy screens on the walls or leather sofas. It’s just a regular workplace with some desks and a lot of files about local properties. We spend most of our time talking to people about what they want to buy or sell in the 141002 area. Sometimes it's a house, sometimes it's a bit of commercial space. We don't have a big mission or a set of corporate values printed on the wall. We just show up and try to be helpful. Dealing with property in Punjab can be complicated with all the rules, so we just try to keep things clear for everyone. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team of local people who know this part of town really well. If you are driving through Phase-I of Urban Estate, you’ll probably see us. We are usually in the office during the week, unless we are out at a site looking at a building. It’s a quiet but steady way to work for us.
