Alliance Overseas Logistic is our business and you can find us at B-28 in Jawahar Nagar. We are located on a street that has a lot of other small businesses, so there is always someone walking by or a delivery happening nearby. We deal with overseas logistics, which involves a lot of coordinating with shipping lines and checking on containers. Our office is a very plain space. We have some old desks and chairs that have been around since we started. It is not the kind of place where you would find a big corporate boardroom. We just have a small area where we sit and work through the daily pile of paperwork. Logistics can be a bit of a headache when things get delayed at the port, and we spend plenty of time trying to track down information. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy brochures. People find us through word of mouth or because they are also in the Jawahar Nagar area. We are just a group of people trying to do a good job without making a big fuss about it. We don't use a lot of technical jargon. We just talk like normal people and try to solve whatever problems come up during the day. It is a practical way to run a business and it works for us. Even when the phones are ringing non-stop, we just take it one call at a time.
