Our business is located at House No.1206 in Ward No.48. This is right in Harnam Nagar, which is part of the Model Town area in Ludhiana. We are very close to the bus stand, so it’s easy for people to find us even if they aren't from this exact neighborhood. We do a mix of things here, mostly focusing on real estate and running restaurants. It is an interesting combination that keeps us busy from morning until late at night. Some days we are dealing with property papers and land deals, and other days we are more concerned with what is happening in the kitchen. Ajit Gurleen Real Estate & Restaurants isn't a massive corporate chain. It’s just a local operation run by people who live right here in Punjab. We’ve been in the 141001 area for a long time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can sit down and talk. We don't use big sales pitches or try to sound more important than we are. People usually come to us because they know someone we’ve helped before. Whether you are looking for a house or just a place to eat, we are around. It gets pretty hectic being near the bus stand with all the traffic, but we like the energy of it. We just keep things simple and try to do an honest day’s work for the community.
