Setting up the clinic here on Sanewal Road was a big step for us back then. Being near Milan Palace in Balsingh Nagar makes it easy for people to find us, which is helpful. Basti Jodhewal is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street coming in through the front door. We keep things pretty simple inside. There are a few rooms for consultations and a small space where people can wait. It gets dusty because of the road outside, so someone is always wiping down the tables or sweeping the floor. We see a lot of families from the local area. Usually, it's kids with a fever or older folks coming in for their regular checkups. The lights in the hallway flicker sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it. The staff knows most of the regulars by name, which makes the morning rush feel a bit less chaotic. We don't really do much advertising; people just know we are here because they pass by on their way to work or the market. It’s a practical place, nothing too special to look at, but it serves the purpose. We spend our time looking at charts, checking temperatures, and making sure the medicine cabinet is stocked up. It’s just how it goes every day from morning until we lock up the shutters in the evening. There is a small tea stall next door where the staff usually gets their mid-day break.
