We operate out of Shop No - 48/B in Civil Lines, Ludhiana. The shop is located in the Udham Singh Nagar area, which is really close to the Rose Garden. It’s actually a nice spot to be because you can see some green nearby when the day gets stressful. Our space isn't very large, but it fits everything we need to do our jobs. We handle a lot of general associate work, meaning our desks are usually covered in ledger books and printed forms. People drop by frequently because we are right there on the street level. It makes things very informal. You don't need a fancy appointment to just poke your head in and ask a question. The neighborhood is fairly active, and we feel like a real part of the local scene here. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes slow, and we just deal with it like anyone else. We aren't some distant company; we are right here in the mix of things. We spend our days checking numbers and making sure all the boxes are ticked for our clients. It isn't glamorous work, but it’s necessary, and we’ve gotten pretty good at the routine over the years. When the weather is good, the walk to the Rose Garden is a nice break. For now, we just keep working through the pile on the desk.
