You can find us over by G.T Road on Bindraban Road. It’s a spot that’s easy to get to, though the road can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour. We’ve been set up here for a while, dealing with all kinds of building projects. Our space is usually filled with rolls of paper and half-finished models sitting on the window sills. We do a lot of the drafting and planning right here in the office. It’s a collaborative kind of place, where we’re constantly asking each other what we think about a specific layout or a window placement. We deal with the local authorities a lot, which is a big part of the job that people don't always see. It involves a lot of waiting and a lot of paperwork. We just try to get the designs right so that when the construction starts, there aren't too many surprises for the owner. G.T Road is always moving, and that energy kind of seeps into the office. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We're just a bunch of people who like buildings and spend way too much time thinking about where stairs should go. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how we work. We’ve done houses, offices, and some industrial stuff too over the years, all from this little corner we have here.
