We have been based at B-Xv-392 on the first floor for quite a long time now. Most people know the Gill Road area because it stays busy from morning until late at night. Millerganj is one of those places in Ludhiana where you can always hear the traffic and the local vendors shouting. Our office at A K Bhandari & Co. isn’t anything fancy, just a place where we get the work done. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep if you aren't used to them, but we don't mind the climb. Dealing with the daily bustle of the 141003 area is just part of the routine. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the middle of a hot afternoon, and we just open the windows and keep going. We know the neighbors pretty well since everyone has been on this block for years. It gets dusty outside because of all the trucks and rickshaws moving through Millerganj, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the desks. You can see the street life clearly from our windows. People are always rushing to and from the markets around here. It is a practical spot for us because everything we need is within walking distance. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most folks just know us because we have been sitting in this same spot for so long.
