Apple Biotech

Our work at Apple Biotech happens out in Village Deep Nagar, which is part of Tehsil Payal. Being in a rural area like this gives us a lot of space, though it means we are a bit far from the main city centers. We work on biotechnology stuff, which sounds complicated but mostly involves watching how plants and organisms grow under different conditions. The air is better out here than in the town, and we have a small lab setup that does the job. A lot of the people working here are from the nearby villages. We aren't wearing white lab coats all day like you see on TV; it’s more about getting your hands dirty and checking on the crops or the samples we are testing. The road to Deep Nagar can be a bit bumpy during the monsoon season, so we have to plan our supply runs carefully. We’ve been here for a while now, and the local farmers often stop by to see what we are doing. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just focus on the science and the results we see in the fields. It’s a quiet life, governed by the seasons and the growth cycles of what we are studying. Sometimes the power goes out, but we have a backup generator to keep the important equipment running so nothing gets ruined.
