Yop Real Estate Private Limited

Our place is U-201 in the Satluz Apartment building. We are located in Gomti Nagar Extension, not too far from Janeshwar Mishra Park. It’s a nice area of Lucknow, though it gets quite busy. Yop Real Estate Private Limited is just us working out of this apartment space. It’s more of a quiet office than a storefront. We have a view of the street, and we can see people heading towards the park in the evenings. Most of our work is done over the phone or by meeting people at different properties around Gomti Nagar. We don't have a big team of sales agents. It’s just a few of us who know the local market well. We keep our records in cabinets and try to stay on top of the legal changes. The apartment is usually filled with the sound of the printer or the air conditioner. We handle a lot of the paperwork that comes with buying a flat in these new developments. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important to get the details right. We like being in Satluz Apartment because it's easy to describe the location to people. We aren't trying to be the most famous real estate company in Lucknow. We just want to do our daily tasks and help the folks who come to us with their housing needs. There is always a lot to do with all the new buildings coming up around the park.
