You can find us on the second floor of Ashirwad Plaza, shop FF-4. We are right there at Ram Ram Bank Chaurah in the Aliganj area. The address says Chowk, but everyone around here knows this spot as Aliganj, Lucknow 226003. It’s a very local neighborhood feel in this part of town. We’ve got a small office that stays pretty busy throughout the day. There is always someone coming in to ask about a holiday package or just to check prices for a train journey. We have a water cooler in the corner that makes a funny glugging sound every time someone uses it. The desks are a bit old and the chairs squeak when you move, but they do the job just fine. We spend our time looking at maps and trying to figure out the best ways for people to travel without spending too much money. It isn't a high-tech operation by any means. We still write some things down in a big ledger book just to be safe. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to open the windows to get a little bit of a breeze. Being at the Chaurah means we see a lot of people passing by all the time. It is a good place to be if you like to feel connected to the city. We aren't a big corporation, just a few people who know the routes.
