Ybstyles Private Limited is situated at 551 Ka/383 Om Nagar in the Alambagh area of Lucknow. It is a typical neighborhood setup, where the streets are a bit narrow and everyone knows each other. Our office is more like a house that we turned into a place of business. We have different rooms for different things—one for the styles we are working on and another for the stock. It’s a bit unconventional, but it works for us and keeps the costs down. Alambagh is a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We can hear the sounds of the street all day, which keeps things interesting. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on getting the styles right and making sure the customers are happy with what they get. It’s a lot of manual work, moving boxes around and checking the fabrics we use. We usually have a bit of a rush in the mornings when the deliveries arrive. The rest of the day is spent sorting through things and planning for the next week. It’s an honest living and we enjoy being part of the Om Nagar community. We are just regular people doing our job every day without much fuss.
