We aren’t in one of those huge malls or glass towers. We have a regular space where we keep our maps, documents, and a few computers. It gets quite bright in the afternoons when the sun hits the front windows. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers recognize us when we go out for lunch or to grab some pens. Lucknow life moves at its own pace, and we try to stick to that. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call or stop by, you just get one of us. The desks are usually covered in papers and half-empty water bottles. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend our days mostly going through local records or talking to people who live nearby. It’s a straightforward way to do business. We like being in Gomti Nagar because it’s easy for people to find us once they get into the right lane in Vastu Khand. It’s just a normal place for normal work every day.
