We are located over at D-9 on the first floor along Faizabad Road. It’s a straight enough place to find, right in the heart of the 226001 zip code area. The road outside is almost always packed with cars and bikes, so there is a constant background noise while we work. It’s not a very big office, just a few rooms where we have set up our desks. We have been here for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The walls are a simple white, and we’ve got some maps pinned up here and there to help us visualize where people are going. It’s a very functional space. We don't have any leather sofas or fancy coffee machines. We just have a kettle in the corner for when we need a break. Most of the time, we are just sitting here checking routes or talking to people about their plans. It gets a bit hectic sometimes, especially when the phones all start ringing at once. We don’t have a big team, so everyone pitches in with everything. Whether it’s answering the door or filing some documents, we just do it. It’s a simple life running a tour business in Lucknow. We just open up in the morning, do our work, and head home when the sun goes down and the traffic starts to thin out.
