We have some computers and plenty of shelf space for books and files. It’s not a place with glass walls or shiny floors. We just have what we need to get the job done. Most of our day is spent working on learning modules and talking to people who want to improve their skills. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood coming through the windows, like the street vendors or the kids playing nearby. We are just regular people who wanted to start something local. We don't have big meetings about strategy or anything like that. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and we do it. The name Vitgro is simple and easy to remember.
