Nutrition Consultant

Our office is tucked away at 1/558 in Vishal Khand, Gomti Nagar. It is a residential part of Lucknow, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main markets. I started Nutrition Consultant here because I wanted a simple place to talk to people about their health. It is not a clinical environment with white coats and sterile rooms. It is basically just a room with some comfortable chairs and a desk where we can sit down and talk properly. The neighborhood is full of trees, which is nice. Sometimes people find it a bit tricky to find the house because the numbering in Vishal Khand can be a little confusing if you are not a local. I have lived in this city for most of my life, so I really like being based here. It’s just me and a part-time assistant who helps with the scheduling. We don't have any expensive diagnostic machines or anything like that. We mostly just look at what you are eating and figure out some practical changes you can make. It’s a very straightforward process. I don't spend money on big advertisements or billboards. Most people find out about us from their neighbors or friends. We keep our hours flexible depending on when people are free to visit. It’s a small, practical space that serves its purpose for the community around here. We just focus on giving honest advice without making things more complicated than they need to be.
