Our office is in B-903 of the Rohtas Apartments in Vikas Nagar. It’s a bit different because we are located inside a residential complex. We chose this spot at Cortina Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. because it’s a quiet environment for the kind of administrative work we do. It’s not a laboratory where we mix chemicals on-site; it’s more of the head office where we manage everything. The apartment has been converted into a workspace with desks, files, and computers. It feels a bit like a home, which is nice for the staff. We have a small balcony where we can take a breather and look out over Vikas Nagar. Visitors sometimes find it a bit tricky to find the right tower, but the security at the gate usually helps out. We’ve been in Rohtas Apartments for a few years now. The rooms are filled with boxes of documents and medical information. We don't have any flashy signs outside. It’s a very low-key operation. Most of our day is spent on the phone or on the internet coordinating with our partners. It’s a professional but relaxed atmosphere. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized. Since we are in a residential building, we try to keep the noise down out of respect for the neighbors. It’s a decent place to work and it keeps us away from the main road traffic. It gets a bit crowded sometimes, but we make it work.
