Vedic Aroma Lab

Our setup is a bit different because we mostly work through our PO Box No 71 at the GPO. It’s how we've handled things for a long time. We don't have a big storefront where people walk in off the street. Most of our day is spent in the lab, mixing things and checking scents. It’s quiet work, which we prefer. The Vedic part of our name comes from the way we look at ingredients. We use a lot of traditional stuff, but it’s all very hands-on. There are bottles everywhere and the air always smells like herbs or flowers. Some days the smell is so strong we have to open all the windows. We aren't a big factory with assembly lines. It’s just a few of us measuring things out by hand. We take our mail from the GPO and that’s how we stay connected. It works for us. We don't need a fancy office in a mall. Our focus is just on the oils and the blends we make. It’s a slow process sometimes, but you can't rush this kind of thing. Sometimes a batch doesn't come out right and we have to start over. That’s just part of it. We keep things simple and stay out of the limelight. People who know about us usually find us through someone else. It’s a small operation, but we are proud of what we do in our little lab space. It’s a good way to live.
