We are based over at 3/54 in Vijyant Khand, right in the heart of Gomti Nagar. Vedank Realtors Private Limited is a small team and we spend most of our time dealing with the houses and apartments in this neighborhood. Gomti Nagar is a big area, so there is always something going on or someone moving in or out. We keep our office pretty simple because we’d rather be out showing properties than sitting behind a desk all day. You won't find any slick marketing brochures here, just some maps and a lot of local knowledge. We know which blocks are quiet and which ones get all the traffic. People usually come to us because they want to talk to someone who actually knows the area, not a computer or a call center. It’s a lot of work keeping track of who is selling and what the prices are doing from week to week. We make some mistakes now and then with the schedules, but we always try to fix them quickly. It’s just a regular business run by regular people. We don't have any big slogans or promises, we just show up and do the work. If you're walking around Vijyant Khand, you might see us out and about. We’ve been here for a while and we plan on staying. It’s a good spot to be, and we enjoy the people we meet through this job. We just keep it simple and honest.
