You can find us at 290/10 in Shastri Nagar. It’s a pretty well-known part of town, so we don't usually have to give too many directions to people looking for us. Vedang Web Private Limited is a small outfit, and we actually like it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world or win any awards; we just want to do decent work and go home to our families. The office is basically a few rooms with desks pushed against the walls to make space. We spend a lot of time on the web, obviously, since that’s what our whole business is built on. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, and sometimes a lot of staring at the screen when a piece of code isn't working right. The neighborhood is quite lively, which is nice because there’s always somewhere to grab a quick snack or a drink. We don't have a fancy neon sign or anything, just the address on the door so people know they’re in the right place. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. Most of us here have been working together for a while now, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs to be done. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate our tasks with unnecessary meetings. It’s just a regular workplace where we deal with internet stuff and manage files. No one wears a suit here, and the tea is better than the coffee.
