Vastu Dhara Architect & Planner is located over in Gomti Nagar, specifically in Viram Khand. Our address is 5/3, and we are quite close to Jivan Plaza. If you know that area, you know it is a mix of houses and small businesses. We have a modest office where we do all our planning and drafting. It is not a very loud place; we prefer to keep things quiet so we can focus on the technical details. Being in Gomti Nagar is convenient because a lot of our work happens right in this side of Lucknow. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We handle the paperwork, the maps, and the structural plans without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes people drop by after visiting the plaza just to see if we are in. We usually are, unless we are out at a site checking on progress. We don't really do the whole corporate presentation thing. We’d rather just show you a drawing and explain how it works in plain English. The office feels like a regular workspace, with folders piled up and pens everywhere. It is a practical setup for practical work. We’ve stayed in Viram Khand because it feels like home to us, and we know the local regulations and people here.
