Our office is Shop Number 231 in the Shopping Square at Ansal Api, which is part of the Sushant Golf City development in Lucknow. It’s a newer part of town near Sultanpur Road and Shahid Path. Being in the Shopping Square means we see a lot of people walking by while they do their errands. We work as associates, mostly dealing with property and local projects in this specific area. It’s a busy place because Sushant Golf City is growing so fast. There are always new buildings going up and people looking for advice on where to buy or rent. Our office is small and functional. We have a desk, some chairs for visitors, and a map of the area on the wall so we can show people where different plots are located. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the site to check on things. It’s a practical business. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress people with fancy brochures. Most of our clients are just regular people looking for a place to live or invest their savings. We know the roads and the layout of this township better than most. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and the construction sites nearby. We stay open pretty late sometimes because that's when people are free to come and talk to us after their own work is done.
