We are based in Kdt Plaza, which is located in the Aliganj area of Lucknow. Our office is right at the Ramram Bank Chauraha, so we are in the middle of a very busy intersection. There’s always the sound of horns and people talking right outside our door, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. This is where we handle all of our tour and travel bookings. It’s a simple office space with just enough room for us to work and for a few people to sit and wait. Most of our time is spent on the phone or writing down details for upcoming trips. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just a few of us making sure the cars and drivers are ready. People from around Aliganj come to us when they need to get somewhere, and we just sit down and figure out the best way to help them. It’s a lot of keeping track of schedules and making sure everything is in order. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when it’s really busy, but we always find a way to sort it out. We aren't interested in fancy marketing; we just focus on the daily routine of running the office. It’s been our workplace for a long time, and we’ve seen the chauraha change quite a bit as the city has grown. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, for the people who need us.
