Out here in Phase 2 of Transport Nagar, things are always moving. Our place is at E 1/54, and it’s right in the middle of all the trucks and warehouses. Mediser Scan Technology is where we spend our days looking at scanning machines and technical parts. It gets pretty dusty around here because of all the heavy vehicles passing by on the main road, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical workspace with a few desks and a lot of tools lying around. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to technicians or waiting for parts to arrive from the city. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it’s where all the action is for logistics. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s families by now. Working in Transport Nagar means you see a lot of different people every day. We usually grab lunch from the stall down the street. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The floors are concrete and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we do. We just focus on getting the scanners ready and out the door. It’s a noisy spot but we like it.
