Our place is located at House Number-89 in Sector-8 of Indira Nagar, right here in Lucknow. Total Logistics India Ltd. is what we call the business. We focus on logistics, which in simple terms means we handle the movement of goods. Lucknow is a busy city, and Indira Nagar is a well-known area, so it is easy for people to stop by if they need to. The office is inside a house, which gives it a more personal feel than a big commercial building. We have a few rooms filled with desks and filing cabinets. Our daily routine is mostly about making sure things are where they are supposed to be. We talk to drivers, manage schedules, and deal with the usual transport problems that pop up. It is not a clean or quiet job. There is always someone talking on the phone or a truck idling nearby. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just use common sense and hard work to get things done. Most of the staff live nearby, so we have a good connection to the local community. The tea stall around the corner is where we do most of our thinking when the office gets too loud. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to make sure the deliveries happen on time and that the paperwork is handled properly. It is a simple way of doing business every day.
