The Construction House

You can find The Construction House on the ground floor of C-88 in the Vibhuti Khand commercial area. We are right near the New RK Timber shop here in Gomti Nagar. We have been working in Lucknow for several years, mostly focusing on the actual building of homes and small commercial spaces. It is a tough business with a lot of moving parts, from getting the right cement to making sure the foundation is poured correctly. We don't go for fancy slogans or try to sound like a big multinational company. We are just local guys who know how to build things. Our office is usually filled with rolls of blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks. It is a bit messy, but that is because we are actually working. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or standing in the sun at a site. We know how the soil is in this part of Lucknow and what kind of materials work best for the weather we get here. People come to us when they want someone who understands the local building codes and won't give them a hard time. We just do the work, handle the problems as they come up, and try to finish things on time. It is straightforward and practical, which is how we think construction should be.
