We prefer just getting on with it. The office atmosphere is pretty relaxed. Sometimes we have the radio on, other times it’s just the sound of typing. We’ve had some good years here and some tough ones too, like any other business. Being in Uttar Pradesh, you learn to be flexible with how things go day to day.
