Tech Securities is based in shop number 1 at M.S. Plaza. We are situated near the Mari Mata Mandir in the Balaganj area. It’s a recognizable landmark, so most people don’t have much trouble finding us. Our shop is full of cameras, bundles of wire, and monitoring screens. It’s what we do every day—help people secure their homes and businesses. We spend a lot of our time out on sites installing these systems, but when we are in the shop, we are usually testing equipment or showing customers how the recording units work. Balaganj is a lively neighborhood, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the residents and other shop owners nearby. The plaza isn't the newest building, but it serves our needs well enough. We keep our tools in bags ready to go at a moment's notice. Sometimes the shop is empty because we are all out on a big installation job. If that happens, there’s usually a small note on the door. We don't have a receptionist or anyone like that to answer the phone. We just handle the calls and the actual work ourselves. It’s a practical way to run things. We aren't interested in being the biggest security company; we just want to make sure the systems we put in actually work for the people who buy them. Some days are long, especially when we have to troubleshoot a difficult wiring issue, but we stay until it's sorted.
