Tanu Tour & Travels is out in the Shubham Vihar area of Indira Nagar, specifically near Sugamau. It’s a bit further out than some other places, near a landmark called Kauraha Kunao that most the locals know about. The roads around here can be a little bumpy, especially after it rains, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. The building is simple, and we share the street with some small grocery stores and houses. It’s not a very loud area, which is nice for getting work done. We have a basic office with a few benches and a table where we keep the ledger. Most of the time, the door is left open so we can see who’s coming down the lane. There is a lot of green around this part of Lucknow compared to the city center. We spend our mornings checking the schedules and making sure the computers are working, which isn't always a guarantee if the power acts up. Sometimes we sit outside on the porch when the weather is decent. It’s a quiet life here, far away from the heavy traffic of the main bypass. People usually call us first to get the exact turnings because the lanes in Sugamau can get a bit winding. It’s just a regular local business run by regular people who live nearby and know the area well. We don't have any fancy signs, just a plain door.
