Swastik Clinic

Swastik Clinic is over in Thakurgunj. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time. It’s not a huge facility, just a local clinic where people come when they aren't feeling their best. Thakurgunj is a busy area, and we are right in the middle of the daily hustle. You won’t find any marble floors or air conditioning that freezes you out here. We have some fans and some simple benches for waiting. It’s a place where you can talk to a doctor without feeling intimidated. We see a lot of regular families from the surrounding streets. They bring their kids when they have a fever or come in themselves when they’ve got a lingering ache. We keep things very basic. There’s a small room for exams and a place to sit and talk. We don't have a big corporate office behind us. It’s just us. Sometimes we stay open a bit later if there are still people waiting in the hall. We know the local pharmacy and the other shop owners nearby. It’s a community feel. We don't use any fancy technology for appointments; people just walk in and we write their names down. It’s worked for us for years. We try to keep the place tidy and welcoming in a simple way. If you live in Thakurgunj, you probably know the building.
