Sathi Enterprises

Our business, Sathi Enterprises, is situated in Sartaba Market in Arjunganj, right on Sultanpur Road. We are pretty easy to find because we are near the Axis Bank. The market is always crowded, so there is a lot of noise from people shouting and bikes revving their engines. We deal with various supplies and trading, which means our office is often full of samples and delivery receipts. It’s a small space, and we have to be careful not to trip over the boxes that arrive daily. We spend a lot of our time on the phone talking to vendors or checking the prices of goods. The street outside is usually jammed with traffic, which can make getting deliveries out a bit of a challenge. We have a small desk where we keep the books, and it’s usually covered in pens and sticky notes. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't have a fancy website or a big advertising budget. Most people know us because they walk past the shop in the market. We have been here for a while now, and we’ve seen the market change quite a bit. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when the summer heat hits, but we just keep the fan going and stay on top of the orders as they come in. We just focus on keeping things moving and making sure our accounts are straight.
