We've been operating out of Vibhuti Khand in Gomti Nagar for a while now. The office is at D 293. It's just a small team of us working on property matters around here. People usually drop by when they're looking to figure out what's happening in the local market. Dealing with land and buildings in this part of Lucknow keeps us pretty busy. We aren't doing anything fancy. It's mostly about keeping track of what's available and helping folks get through the paperwork without too much trouble. Sometimes the traffic in Gomti Nagar gets a bit much, but we like being in the thick of it. We know the streets around here pretty well. If someone needs to talk about a lease or buying a spot, they just come in. We keep our files organized, mostly. It's a lot of phone calls and checking sites. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps. It's honest work. We spend a lot of time out of the office too, looking at plots. It’s what we do every day. Nothing more to it. We just try to get things right for the people who walk through the door. We've seen how much this area has changed lately. There are new buildings popping up everywhere. We stay here because it's central. Most of the time, we’re just chatting with neighbors or local owners. It’s a straightforward business really. We aren’t flashy, but we’re reliable enough.
