We are located on the 4th floor of Silicon Tower, which is part of the Old Bhopal House area in Lalbagh. S.S.Medical Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us, a team that has been working together in this office for quite a few years now. Being up on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy with medical equipment to notice. We handle a lot of technical systems for hospitals and clinics. It is a lot of logistics and technical support, really. We do not have a lot of corporate polish or a big front desk with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We try to keep things simple. If a customer has a problem with a system, we talk it through and figure out a fix. It is practical, everyday work. We know the Lalbagh area well, and the Silicon Tower is a familiar landmark for most of our clients. Our office is often filled with boxes and manuals, but that is just the nature of what we do. We are not trying to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just want to make sure the medical systems we provide are working like they should. It is a small group of us here, and we have gotten pretty good at managing the workload without needing a lot of supervision or big meetings.
