We operate out of a house in Vineet Khand, specifically H. No. 6/132. Gomti Nagar is a nice part of Lucknow, and it feels good to be based here. Sptech Media Services isn't a cold office building. It’s a place where you can hear the sounds of the neighborhood while you work. We converted a few rooms into our workspace. It’s got a lived-in feel, which we prefer over those sterile cubicles you see in movies. There are about six of us usually. We spend the morning catching up on emails and the rest of the day getting into the thick of media tasks. The commute isn't bad for most of us, which is a blessing in Lucknow. We don't really have a boss who sits in a separate corner. We all just sit around the same big tables. If someone makes tea, they make it for everyone. It’s that kind of place. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we’ve learned that you don’t need a fancy address to do good work. House 6/132 is where we feel most productive. We handle the day-to-day stuff without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the gate squeaks when you open it, and the garden needs a bit of weeding, but inside, we’re focused. It’s just a group of practical people doing their best in a comfortable setting. We like the pace of life here in Vineet Khand. It feels real and honest compared to the big city centers.
