We are located in Ashiana Colony at LGF-23 in Smirti Plaza. It is a nice neighborhood and being near the Bijli Pasi Quila makes it easy for people to find our place. Our office is on the lower ground floor, so you have to head down the stairs. It is a quiet little space where we manage our travel and tour business. We spend a lot of our day looking at schedules and talking to drivers. It takes a lot of coordination to get everything right. We don't have a big, polished office with fancy furniture. It is just a regular shop with some travel posters on the walls and old files tucked away. We like being in Ashiana because it feels like a real community. We know the other people who work in the plaza and often stop to chat. Shri Shanker has been here for a while and we just do our work without any fuss. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to wait to finish a booking, but that is just how it goes. We handle all sorts of trips, whether they are local or further away. We try to be careful with the details because we know how important travel plans are to people. It is a steady job and we are happy to be part of the local scene here in Lucknow.
