You can find us at 525-Ka/393 in Mahanagar, Sector-A. We are situated very close to Fatima Hospital. Because the hospital is such a well-known place, people usually don’t have any trouble finding our office. We’ve been running this travel business for quite a while now. It started out very small and we’ve mostly kept it that way over the years. We have some cars that we use for local drops around the city and for longer trips out of Lucknow when people need them. We aren't some big corporate company, just a small group of people working together to keep the vehicles running and on the road. The office we work out of is small and very simple. We just keep a desk, some chairs for customers, and a big calendar where we write down all the bookings. Most of our work comes from people living in the Mahanagar area who need a driver they can rely on. We know all the back lanes and the main roads around this part of town very well. Sometimes the heavy rain makes things a bit difficult for us, but we try our best to stay on time. We don't use any fancy apps or anything, just a mobile phone and a simple notebook for our records. It is a basic way of working but it has served us well for years.
