Shekhar Hospital

Shekhar Hospital is situated in B-Block on Church Road, right in the middle of Indira Nagar. This part of town has become very popular and busy lately, but our corner stays relatively stable. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time. The building isn't huge, so we have to be very organized with how we use the space. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so we’re like a small family. We see a lot of local residents who walk over from their homes nearby. The waiting room has some old benches and a water cooler that gets a lot of use. We handle all sorts of medical cases, from minor injuries to people who need to stay overnight. Church Road can be a nightmare for parking, so we usually tell people to try and find a spot a bit further down. It’s a busy place and the phone seems to ring every couple of minutes. We don't have any polished marketing brochures or fancy signs. We just have our name on the front and our doors open to whoever needs us. Sometimes the wait times get a bit long when the doctors are tied up with an emergency, but most people are patient about it. We just try to provide a straightforward service to the folks in Indira Nagar. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We’re just a local hospital trying to do right by the community.
