Shams Poly Clinic

Shams Poly Clinic is located on Mashak Ganj Road in the Rakab Ganj area of Lucknow. One thing that makes us easy to find is that we are quite near the City Station. Because of the station being so close, we get all sorts of people coming by. Mashak Ganj Road is always humming with activity. The clinic itself is a poly clinic, which means we see people for various different things. It’s not a very big place, but we make use of the space we have. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s clean and it works for what we need. We see a lot of shopkeepers from Rakab Ganj and also people who are just passing through the city via the train station. It’s an interesting spot to be in because you meet so many different characters. We don't have a big reception desk with a computer system. We mostly just write things down in our registers. It’s a bit old school, but it’s how we’ve always done it. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people arrive at once, but we just handle them one by one. It’s a straightforward, honest kind of place. We just do our job and go home at the end of the day. It is just us here on Mashak Ganj Road.
