Shalimar Hospital

Shalimar Hospital is over in Indira Nagar, at the A-989 address. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a straightforward medical facility where we try to take care of the folks living nearby. Indira Nagar is a busy place, and we get our fair share of walk-ins every day. The building isn't anything spectacular to look at, but it’s got everything we need to do our jobs properly. We have a few wards for patients who need to stay over, and a small area for outpatient visits. It’s mostly just us working through the daily list of tasks. Sometimes the equipment acts up or the power flickers, but we just deal with it and keep going. That’s just life in this part of town. The staff here is pretty down-to-earth. We don't use big words when a simple one will do. Whether it's a kid with a fever or an older person needing a checkup, we treat everyone the same way. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. People mostly find out about us by word of mouth or by walking past our doors on their way to the market or the bus stop. We just open up every morning and do our best to help whoever comes through the door looking for medical help. It is a job that keeps us busy.
