Shalimar Hospital

We have been running Shalimar Hospital here at A 989 in Indira Nagar for quite a while now. If you live around this part of Indira Nagar, you probably know the building. It isn’t some fancy glass structure you see in the city center, just a practical place where people come when they aren't feeling right. The mornings are usually the busiest time. You can hear the traffic starting up outside while the nurses are getting the rooms ready. We have a few benches in the waiting area that have seen better days, but they do the job. My desk is often covered in files because there is always some paperwork to finish or a supplier to call about medicines. People walk in from the street with all sorts of problems, and we just try to get them sorted as quickly as we can. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch over to the backup, which is just part of living here. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we all know the local shops and the tea stall at the corner. It is a bit loud sometimes because of the main road, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us here every day, making sure the floors are clean and the patients are seen. That is pretty much how it goes at our place.
